My Story

When I was growing up, my father was in the carpentry/construction industry and my mother sold real estate in the Durango area. From a young age, I followed my father through the sawdust of his shop and tagged along with my mother to client’s living rooms.

My interest in the arts and the inspiration from my parents’ professions steered me to select Interior Design as a focus in college.

I studied Interior Design in San Diego and at the Art Institute of Colorado in Denver. Then returned to the Durango area to raise my family and launch my professional career as a designer. I couldn’t ask for a better job or community in which to work! It allows me the perfect career/life balance.
